July 5th 2011: General Motors will launch the new Chevrolet Beat Diesel by mid of July. The hatchback is expected to be powered with a 936cc, 3-cylinder engine which has the capability of delivering a maximum power of about 57 bhp at 4000 rpm and a peak torque of about 150 Nm at 1750 rpm. As per ARAI the car would provide a mileage of 24 kmpl but the company is trying to take these figures to 28 kmpl to make it a more fuel efficient car. As far as Chevrolet Beat Diesel Price is concerned, it is expected to be priced slightly higher than the petrol variant.

Estimated Price : Rs 3,55,490 to Rs 4,73,824 (approx)
